The mountaintop setting alone was worth the trip, and the all-inclusive meals meant I never had to think about a single logistics detail. Between the daily meditation and restorative yoga, I left feeling like a completely different woman.
I went in exhausted and skeptical about the whole "mountaintop" thing, but waking up to mist over the Smokies before morning meditation genuinely reset something in me. Five days of yoga and no decisions to make was exactly the break I needed.
Four nights on that mountain completely reset me. The morning meditation sessions overlooking the Smokies were worth the trip alone, and having every meal taken care of meant I actually unplugged instead of planning logistics. I came home with a calmer head than I've had in years.
