The aromatherapy oils paired with the soft, calming music made this 90-minute session incredibly immersive. I drifted off completely and felt genuinely rejuvenated afterward.
Booked the 90-minute session as an add-on and those extra 30 minutes make a huge difference — I actually nodded off during it. The music they play in the background is soft enough that you stop noticing it, which is exactly what you want.
The aromatherapy oils they use actually made a difference, not just a faint smell in the background. Ninety minutes felt like the right length too, my shoulders finally loosened up around the hour mark and stayed that way.
