My shoulders were basically rocks from stress, and the therapist spent most of the hour working out the knots along my spine. The aromatherapy and soft music made it surprisingly easy to actually relax instead of just enduring the pressure. Walked out feeling looser than I have in months.
Booked this after months of desk-related shoulder tightness and the therapist actually worked through the knots instead of just gliding over them. The aromatherapy and quiet music made the whole hour fly by. Walked out feeling like a different person.
