I didn't expect the heated stones to melt the tension in my lower back that fast. The 75 minutes flew by with the music and aromatherapy doing most of the work. Walked out feeling like a new person.
The heated stones along my spine did more for my tight shoulders than months of stretching. I nearly drifted off thanks to the soft music and aromatherapy in the background. Worth every penny for 90 minutes of pure quiet.
Booked this as an add-on and the 75 minutes flew by. The aromatherapy and quiet music made it easy to actually switch off, and the warmth lingered in my shoulders for hours after.
