I've been taking the fish oil softgels for about six weeks and my afternoon energy slump is basically gone. Having the omega-3s alongside the other two formulas in one bundle makes it stupid easy to stay consistent.
The bundle’s three separate bottles make it easy to keep a consistent morning routine, and I like that each formula targets a different piece of the health puzzle without overlapping. The capsules are easy to swallow, no fishy aftertaste at all, which is a big win for me.
I’ve been taking these three together for about a month now, and the convenience of having my fish oil and the other two basics sorted in one order is a real time-saver. The capsules are easy to swallow, which was my main worry. Feels like a solid, sensible routine for daily support.
