Two weeks of using this on my quads after long runs and the tightness is basically gone. The claw shape gets into spots my foam roller never could, though it definitely took a few sessions to figure out the right pressure. Sore leg days feel way more manageable now.

I've been using this on my quads and glutes after leg day and the knots finally loosen up. The claws dig in deep without scratching, and a few minutes per area is all it takes. My legs feel way less tight the next morning.

The claw shape really digs into my IT band in a way foam rollers never could, and my legs feel looser after about ten minutes. Only knock is that it leaves some redness for a bit, but it fades fast.
