I almost skipped the add-on since I'd already booked a full day at the retreat, but that 60 minutes of facial massage ended up being the best part. My skin looked noticeably brighter from the increased circulation, and the muscle tension in my jaw was just gone.
My shoulders were wrecked from the trip and the therapist spent a solid hour on my face and jaw, which I didn't expect. Circulation boost was real, my skin looked brighter for days. The facial muscle work actually helped with my tension headaches.
Booked this as an add-on after my hike and it was the best decision of the trip. The full hour of facial massage honestly felt like it reset my whole face, and my skin looked noticeably brighter for days after.
