The aromatherapy oils paired with the soft, calming music made this 90-minute session incredibly immersive. I drifted off completely and felt genuinely rejuvenated afterward.
Booked the 90-minute session as an add-on and those extra 30 minutes make a huge difference — I actually nodded off during it. The music they play in the background is soft enough that you stop noticing it, which is exactly what you want.
