My shoulders were in knots from months at a desk, and the therapist actually listened instead of just following a routine. The aromatherapy and quiet music made the full hour fly by. Walked out feeling like a new person.
I booked the 60 minute signature massage as a treat after a long work trip and the full-body work on my shoulders was exactly what I needed. The relaxing music playing in the background made it easy to actually switch off instead of mentally replaying my to-do list.
The aromatherapy during the 60-minute session completely changed the experience for me, way more relaxing than a standard massage. My therapist mixed techniques based on what I said was tight, and the music kept me from overthinking the whole hour. Best add-on I've paid for in a while.
