Never realized how much I needed a full reset until the daily yoga and that 60-minute massage worked out the tension I'd been carrying for months. The all-inclusive meals felt like a spa in themselves, and by night four I was sleeping deeper than I have in years.
I booked this mostly for the nightly restorative yoga and ended up loving the 60-minute massage just as much. Waking up on a mountaintop in the Smokies with breakfast already made before morning yoga is something I'd do again in a heartbeat.
The dry brush class was the surprise highlight for me, way more useful than I expected going in. Waking up to fog rolling over the Smokies before morning yoga is something I'm still thinking about weeks later.
