The minty sweetness hits just right after dinner, and the medium caffeine means I can still sleep well. It's become my favorite thing to hold while the conversation winds down.
The bold chocolate base is what got me — I expected it to fade behind the mint but it holds its own right to the last sip. I've been brewing a pot after dinner instead of reaching for dessert, and the medium caffeine is gentle enough that it doesn't keep me up.
The peppermint hits first and then that deep chocolate note settles in, which makes it a perfect after-dinner cup instead of a heavy dessert. Medium caffeine means I can drink it at 8pm and still sleep fine.
