I've been taking this for a few weeks and my sleep is noticeably deeper, plus I love that it's non-flushing since regular B3 makes me red. The joint and skin support is a nice bonus.
I've taken niacinamide before for my skin, but I didn't realize the non-flushing B3 could help me sleep too. Two weeks in and I'm falling asleep faster and my knees don't ache as much in the morning.
My sleep tracker showed I was waking up 4-5 times a night, and after about two weeks on this the interruptions dropped to maybe once. The non-flushing form is what sold me since regular niacin left me itchy and red. Skin on my cheeks looks calmer too, which I wasn't even expecting.
